No Ceilings on Success is the National Urban League's marketing and communications effort to raise awareness and understanding of educational equity and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in communities of color.
I led website development, content creation and developed a guide on best practices for the Urban League's national network of affiliates and partners.



AB InBev Diversity Manifesto
AB InBev To help ABInBev map out what diversity and inclusion means to their organization internally, I drafted this manifesto to serve as the foundation for desired employee behaviors, recruiting efforts and opportunities to be a more inclusive organization.

Adient Five-Year Marker
Worked alongside the Adient internal communications team to co-create this roadmap that defines the seven pillars of Adient’s strategy for the next five years.
I also led internal storytelling on a campaign called "Becoming Adient" throughout 2016. The campaign with the ringing of the bell at the NYSE October 31, 2016.
